National Federations that have booked their accommodation through the Organising Committee are on full board basis. Breakfast and dinner will be served at the HOTELwhere the accommodation is provided, lunch at the Regatta Venue. Please be advised that the first meal included in the daily rate is dinner on the day of arrival, the first lunch will be served at the following days.
The Menu will be approved by the Organising Committee and will be the same in all official hotels and at the Regatta Venue.

Please let us know about your food allergies and food intolerances before August 5, 2025.
Catering guidelines needs to be sent by email to the Organising Committee till July 5, 2025.
